Tara Distillery

Tara Distillery is a new distillery nestled in the Nowra Hills. This is a complete set up featuring a 2400 litre Copper Still, 600 litre Gin Still, Mash Tun that will make 2,000 litres of beer wash a day, heat exchange and 2 x 2400 litre fermenters all fired by a boiler.
